Our ISO cylinders The pneumatic cylinders ISO 15552 FARBO they are made entirely on Numerical Control with CNC machines. This guarantees low dimensional tolerances for each of the details that compose them and a constant performance over time. Barrels and heads are fully anodized for less wear and greater corrosion resistance. The ability to withstand bending loads of a certain entity is guaranteed by the guide bushing mounted in the head and the piston-loaded PTFE guide ring. The pneumatic shock absorbers with micrometric adjustment and the elastic end-of-stroke bumpers further contribute to qualify these cylinders. They are made in four models (which differ from each other in the materials used for the gaskets and for the different ability to withstand bending loads) and in two versions (with steel tie rods or with aluminum profiles). For each cylinder, the option with magnetic piston is available which allows the application of Hall or Reed effect position sensors.
